1. What’s Included in Your Journey?
We strive to provide a comprehensive luxury experience. Most of your needs on board are covered in the room rate.
Accommodation: Luxury suite with a private balcony/terrace and ocean-view bathtub.
Dining: Full meal service (1 Lunch, 1 Dinner, 1 Breakfast, 1 Brunch for the 2D1N itinerary).
Signature Activities: Morning Tai Chi, cave visiting by rowing boat, squid fishing, and cooking demonstrations.
Recreation: Unlimited access to the Oasis Pool, Jacuzzi, Mini-golf, and the iconic Inflatable Water Slide.
Extra Perks: Welcome drinks, complimentary bottled water, sunset party snacks, and even drone photography (weather permitting).
Exclusions: Airfares, spa treatments, laundry, beverages, and Stand-up Paddleboard (SUP) usage.
2. Children and Extra Bed Policy
Capella Cruise is family-friendly with specific pricing based on age:

| Under 5 years | Free of charge (1 child per cabin sharing bed with parents). |
| 5 to 11 years | 50% adult rate (no extra bed) or 75% adult rate (with extra bed). |
| 12 years & older | Charged as an adult. |
| Extra Bed | The 3rd person (adult/child) is charged 75% of the half-room rate. |
3. VIP Packages: Elevate Your Experience
For guests staying in La Suite De Capella or the Owner Suite, we offer a complimentary “Signature Experience” including:
✔️Private Butler service (6 AM – 10 PM).
✔️Herbal foot soaking and special room setup (wine, fruit, flowers).
✔️Private dinner on the terrace (upon request).
Need more? Upgrade to our Extra VIP Package (VND 2,800,000/pax) for private speedboat transfers and a 60-minute reflexology treatment.
4. Transportation: Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi
We provide a professional shuttle service for your convenience:
Pick-up: 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM at hotels in/near Hanoi Old Quarter.
Arrival at Tuan Chau: Around 11:30 AM.
Rates: VND 1,090,000/person (Round trip) or VND 780,000/person (One way).
Children under 5: Free of charge (1 child per room).
5. Cancellation & Payment Procedures
To secure your booking, please note our professional terms:
Payment Schedule
Deposit: 50% within 7 days of confirmation.
Balance: Must be paid 21 days before the cruise date (for 1-3 cabins) or 30-45 days (for larger groups).
Cancellation Fees (1-3 Cabins)
30+ days before: 0% penalty.
14 – 29 days before: 0% – 25% penalty (depending on group size).
Less than 7 days: 100% of the total booking cost.
Note: All paid bookings are generally non-refundable.
Force Majeure
In case of unexpected events (weather, government restrictions, etc.), Capella Cruise will reserve your booking for up to 3 months from the announcement date.
